lamb stock (water, lamb, garlic, onion, tomato, herb extract), maize starch, glucose syrup, salt, yeast extract, flavourings, sugar, vegetable oil, gluten free soya sauce (SOYA) (water, soya beans (SOYA), salt), rosemary, mint, acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate)
To prepare lamb gravy, add the gravy mix to a saucepan with the desired amount of water or lamb stock. Whisk well and bring to a gentle boil, stirring continuously. Reduce the heat and simmer for a few minutes until the gravy is smooth and thickened. Serve hot alongside roast lamb, potatoes, and your favourite traditional accompaniments.
