Made from our producer's own fresh Ligurian basil, this is a fabulous, raw, unpasteurised pesto packed with fresh, aromatic flavours. The tender top leaves are washed, chopped and preserved in olive oil within hours of being hand picked. It doesn't contain cheese, so it's suitable for vegans.

To serve Seggiano Basil Pesto, stir well before serving. Toss with freshly cooked pasta, adding a splash of pasta water to loosen the sauce if needed. Alternatively, use as a dressing for salads, a topping for grilled vegetables, or an accompaniment to meat and fish for a fresh and fragrant Italian-inspired flavour.
