Scottish Salmon
This is a whole side of Parson's Nose Cold Smoked Scottish Salmon from North West Scotland.
Superior quality, it has a light and delicate aroma and taste.
It is a "Must Have" for any celebration.
The sides are approximately 1KG in weight and is sliced.
NOTE. Farming is difficult, we do our best to support all of our farmers and to keep them financially stable. When you order a Salmon from Parson's Nose, we secure that fish immediately for you. We are then obliged to pay for it. Please note that once ordered, you cannot cancel at any time, NO refunds can be given. If you contact us more than 1 month before delivery or collection, we may be able to offer you a store credit or gift card only.
To serve a side of smoked salmon, arrange the slices on a serving platter and serve chilled or at room temperature. Pair with lemon wedges, capers, cream cheese, and fresh dill, or serve with blinis, toasted bread, or a fresh salad for an elegant and flavourful dish.
